Global Ocean Commission Eight proposals for ocean recovery. Working to make them happen. In 2015, the Commission will be working on the implementation of its proposals.

The Global Ocean Commission is an independent, high-level initiative for the high seas, the international portion of the ocean that covers nearly half of the Earth’s surface. In June 2014, the Commission released its final report "From Decline to Recovery: A Rescue Package for the Global Ocean", containing a set of eight proposals for action.
