Are you a Level 3 qualified early years practitioner looking for a new role? We are looking for someone to join our lovely team on a part-time basis.

Our children would like someone who:
βοΈ Has experience of working in an educational setting and have a Full and Relevant Early Years Qualification (minimum Level 3).
βοΈ Will create a fun and effective learning environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and creativity through play.
βοΈ Will put the children's needs first and enjoys spending time outdoors.
βοΈ Knows about the curriculum and the best way to extend children's learning in accordance with the EYFS.
βοΈ Will assist in delivering high quality early years provision that is appropriate to the ages/stages of child development
βοΈ Will actively promote the high profile of the setting and to uphold its reputation at all times
βοΈ Will assist with the implementation of daily routines and to be an effective team member in order to maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
βοΈ Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
βοΈ Is patient, empathetic and able to build positive relationships with children and their families.
βοΈ Is able to be flexible and adaptable to meet the individual needs of each child, using a person-centred approach.
Post is subject to enhanced DBS check and references.
