Lovely day out yesterday at Stoneyhurst college. We saw the museum and the grounds, then stopped for a delicious lunch on the way home.

Our next meeting is this coming Monday 3rd July, 7.30pm start at Rufford Village Hall.

This month we will be having another of Lynne's fabulous and interesting walks around our beautiful village. We will take in the sights and hear stories and learn loads of interesting historical bits and pieces. This was so popular last year, we all really enjoyed it. Let's hope for good weather!

For anyone who doesn't want to walk, Rose will be leading a craft activity in the conservatory.

There will also be a plant sale raising WI funds, please bring some cash for this. If you have any plants to donate that would be great, as well as any suitable boxes/trays for people to carry what they buy home.

As usual there will be a raffle and the competition is a local item (we are anticipating every flavour of Fiddlers crisps to make it onto the table 😆)

New members always welcome.

See you there!
