Have you seen missing woman Chardonay?

We are growing concerned for the safety of missing the 23-year-old.

Chardonay was last seen at around 5pm on Friday 2 October in Derby city centre.

She has links to Oldham in Manchester.

She is described as white, about 5ft 3ins tall and has light straight blonde hair worn down.

She was last seen wearing a light pink activewear bra top and white and pink pyjama bottoms and white trainers.

If you have seen her or know of her whereabouts, please contact us quoting incident number 796 of 2 October using the methods.

The UK Government is seeking public views on the future regulation of fireworks and pyrotechnics across the UK.

While many people enjoy fireworks as part of celebrations and cultural events, concerns have also been raised about noise, anti-social behaviour, impacts on vulnerable people, emergency services, and animal welfare. The consultation is considering a number of proposals, including restrictions on louder fireworks and changes to the regulation of certain pyrotechnic products.

Residents, community groups, businesses and organisations are encouraged to share their views before any decisions are made. The Government wants to hear from people with a wide range of experiences and perspectives.

| A Section 60 and 60AA has been authorised in a defined area of Oldham in response to two incidents last night (Wednesday 26 August 2026).

Officers were called to reports of a large-scale disturbance on Doncaster Walk at 8:44pm.

A male victim suffered life-changing injuries and is in hospital.
