Information only.
As far as I am aware, there are no active Community First Responders in this Valley now (I am unable to respond after my stroke unfortunately)
I am still the registered Guardian of the Public Defibrillators in the Valley (apart from Ogmore Rugby Club and the Planka ones) and check them every month, and have replaced batteries and the pads from the OVCFR account as needed. However, we only have £ 17.77 left in there now and pads cost £80 each.
The Comunity Council have agreed to contribute £200.00 per year (Thank you!) but I am not sure that it will cover everything. I am going to continue with this anyway, maybe put a couple of collection pots in shops?
I am going to cancel the website to save money too.
Regards, Bernie Mills
