Who says you’re too little to learn big skills?
Our amazing Squirrel Scouts have been getting hands-on and discovering some of the exciting skills that Scouting has to offer! From learning how to safely use hammers to create fantastic crafts, to having a go at archery and tomahawk throwing, our Squirrels have been building confidence, concentration, and resilience every step of the way.
They’ve also explored traditional Scouting skills by learning how to use flint and steel to light a fire safely under close supervision, as well as trying their hand at whittling, developing patience, responsibility, and fine motor skills.
Every activity is carefully planned, age-appropriate, and delivered by trained leaders, allowing our 4–6-year-olds to challenge themselves in a safe and supportive environment.
Watching our Squirrels grow in confidence, cheer each other on, and proudly master new skills has been incredible. These are the moments that create lifelong memories and inspire a love of adventure from a young age.
We’re so proud of every single one of them for embracing new challenges with such enthusiasm and determination. Well done, Squirrels—you’ve shown that even the smallest Scouts can achieve amazing things! 🐿️
