Important Information

Please arrive from 9:30am to allow time for parking, using the toilet facilities, and getting settled.

We will begin promptly at 10:00am, so please aim to be in the room and ready to start by 9:45am.

What to Bring

Yoga mat

Eye mask (optional)

If you don't have any of these items, please let me know with plenty of notice and I will do my best to provide them.

Journaling: How are we feeling right now?

Gentle Yin Yoga with Sound Healing

Yoga Nidra Meditation

Gong Relaxation

12:00pm – 1:00pm

Lunch in our private woodland area

Time to connect with nature

Toasting marshmallows around the fire

1:00pm – 2:00pm

Journaling and reflection

Fire Ceremony – releasing what no longer serves us

Gratitude and manifestation practice

2:00pm – 2:30pm

Women's Circle

Connection, sharing and movement around the fire

Everything throughout the day is completely optional.

This retreat is a safe, supportive, trauma-informed space where you are encouraged to honour your own needs and boundaries.

If there is any activity that doesn't feel right for you, you are welcome to:

Sit out and observe

Take time for yourself

Rest quietly

Join back in whenever you feel ready

There is absolutely no pressure to participate in every activity. This day is about giving yourself what you need and moving at your own pace.

Join us for a deeply nurturing 6-hour women’s healing day retreat held beside the lake and within sacred private woodland at Attenborough Nature Reserve.

This gentle, trauma-informed day is designed to support rest, reconnection, and emotional healing in a safe, choice-led space. You’ll be held with care, consent, and compassion throughout—no pressure to share, perform, or push beyond your comfort.
