Just a heads-up for everyone: due to a last-minute meeting, we're sorry to say there'll be no Walk & Talk this Thursday (16 July)🙏

But don't worry — we'll be right back the following week! Same friendly walk, same meeting spot:

After such a great first walk last week — plenty of good chatter, shared experiences, and folk heading home feeling more upbeat and less stressed — we can't wait to do it all again this Thursday. And everyone is welcome to join us!

🌳 What a great first Bestwood Walk & Talk!

A big thank you to everyone who came along this evening for our very first walk. The sun was out, the woods looked glorious, and there was plenty of good chatter and shared experiences as we went — which is exactly what these evenings are all about.

We took a nice steady route around Bestwood Country Park — a little over 2.5 miles in just over an hour — taking in some of the lovely scenery and local points of interest along the way. No rush, no pressure, just good company and fresh air (and a four-legged friend! 🐾).

And the best part? By the end, folk were telling us they felt more upbeat, less stressed and that they'd thoroughly enjoyed themselves — proof, if any were needed, that walking and talking in good company really does do you the world of good.

Walk together, talk together — it really does make a difference. Whether you fancy the full route or just part of it, there's always a warm welcome waiting.

👉 We're back every Thursday, 6:30pm, meeting at the Visitor Car Park, Bestwood Country Park. Come and join us next week — and bring a friend!
