Place both feet flat on the floor. Feel the ground beneath you. Take three slow breaths.

Now scan from your feet upwards — where are you holding tension? Can you soften that place, even slightly?

We are delighted to introduce you to this month’s guest expert, for our theme Body Wisdom, Bex Haden.

Bex has a professional background supporting people through complex life challenges and has developed a deep appreciation for the resilience, wisdom and capacity for growth that exists within each of us.

Alongside her professional experience, she has a longstanding interest in holistic approaches to wellbeing and the powerful connection between mind, body and nervous system.

Bex’s work is rooted in the belief that women already hold the answers they seek within themselves. By creating space to slow down, tune into the body's signals, and cultivate self-awareness, it becomes possible to reconnect with inner wisdom, build resilience, and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.

Bex is passionate about empowering women to trust themselves, honour their unique experiences, and develop a deeper relationship with their own wellbeing through compassionate, body-centred approaches.
