A positive way to head into the weekend! 🚲💙

The Pythian Club was delighted to present two individuals experiencing hardship with two nearly new bikes, bringing the total number of bikes donated through The Pythian Bike Project to an incredible 497.

A massive thank you to everyone in our community who has supported this initiative. 🌍❤️

The Pythian Bike Project continues to make a real difference by helping tackle homelessness and transport barriers, supporting the wider agenda championed by the Mayor of the East Midlands, Claire Ward

Together, we’re changing lives—one bike at a time.

Three footballers who attend our Sunday football sessions were recently gifted bikes to support their wider fitness journey, help them get to school as their old bikes had become too small, and most importantly, give them the opportunity to enjoy themselves, stay active, and build more independence.

This is what community support is all about — creating opportunities, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and making sure young people have the tools they need to keep progressing both on and off the pitch. 🚴⚽

Have a great week 🙏🏽👏🏽💯😊 The Pythian Club

Meet Kieran 👏⚽ He’s been bringing his son and daughter to our football programme for the last year, showing great commitment, positivity, and support for everything we do as a family community. 💙

The Pythian Club were delighted to donate a bike to Kieran so he can enjoy bike rides with his family and create special memories together. 🚲👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Moments like this are what community is all about.

We are now getting close to an incredible milestone of 500 bikes donated! 🙌 Every bike donated helps a person or family, creates opportunities, and makes a real difference in our community. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who continues to donate bikes and support the project. Special thanks to Mark Jaggard for the fantastic work you do repairing and restoring the bikes. 🔧🚴 We truly couldn’t do this without you.

Together we are changing lives one bike at a time. 🙏💫
