We recently attended the Maclellan Foundation's Giving Together event at the Old Bailey (a well-known historic courthouse). One of our team members attending had had experience of the criminal justice system before working for us. This is what they shared about the evening:

"I just wanted to thank you for a great night at the Old Bailey.

On a personal level it was just such a great reminder of just how good God is, how He doesn’t just set you free from but also free to.

Sitting in the jurors chair on the tour filled me with such elation and it felt like a final declaration of freedom.

Who would have thought I’d be in Crown Court rubbing shoulders with philanthropists!

Will never forget the day that God shut the door for good on the Criminal Justice System. He does things with awesome style."

We're pleased to share that, across the three social enterprises (Radiant Cleaners, Half the Story and Jubilee Events) that make up Grace Enterprises, we created a combined total of over 22,000 hours of real Living Wage work in 2025 💪

Have you heard about our Living Life Index? It is built on a whole-person care approach, recognising that workplace wellbeing is inextricably linked with other health and social factors.

When an employee starts their job, and every 6 months after, they have a 'Living Life Review'. This is time that the team member will be paid for, where they meet one of our facilitators and score areas on a scale of one to ten.

It is an opportunity for the employee to recognise personal points of growth and challenges, highlight any concerns they have and be signposted to help if required. The employee is also encouraged to make goals which will enable them to improve their well-being and live a full life.

This real case study demonstrates a team member experienced a 30% increase in overall wellbeing since the start of their employment at Grace Enterprises, and 6 months later 💪

Radiant Cleaners has a new vacancy for a General Cleaner:

📌 Location: NG9 area - with potential of additional hours in and around Nottingham city centre
🕰️Hours: Between 10-15 hours per week, worked Monday - Friday, 5.00PM - 8.00PM (timings have some flexibility)
🧽Scope of role: Potential for additional hours, cover shifts and increased responsibilities into a team leader role
💵Rate of pay: Real Living Wage (currently £13.45 per hour)
📝Terms: Permanent contract, subject to 6 months probationary period

🗓️ Deadline to apply: 20th March (may close earlier if suitable candidate is found)
