We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Bakery Supervisor, overseeing the team in the bakery and ensuring we meet production targets and outputs. You’ll be working alongside another supervisor, and report to the Operations Director.

Job Title: Bakery Supervisor

⏰ Hours: 25-37.5 hours per week. We are open to discussing what might work for you.
💵 Rate of pay: £27,500 FTE
📝 Terms: Permanent contract, subject to a 6-month probationary period
📌 Location: Nottingham South & Wilford Industrial Estate, West Bridgford NG11 7EP
🗓️ Start Date: 1st September 2026

We're thrilled to announce that Matt has been awarded the Cambridge Social Innovation Prize. It's an award that recognises his entrepreneurship, the foundation Matt has laid in founding Grace Enterprises, and the potential growth to come from the award's financial bursary and alumni network.

A massive thanks to Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge, and the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School for giving Matt this award! 🏆️

Matt had the opportunity to share about our work at the Rushcliffe Business Partnership Networking Event on Monday.

It was great to share about our work, including how we partner with local businesses through Radiant Cleaners and Half the Story, to deliver positive social impact in the local community.

Sam, our Employee Wellbeing Lead, shared this great example of how our supportive employment positively impacts our team members.

The individual had faced years of unemployment and experienced difficulties with substance misuse. With the help of our employee support team, they have sustained a job with Radiant Cleaners long-term, and now works five days a week.

We're really excited to be taking part in the Big Give Challenge for

82% of our team face barriers to work, including mental and physical health challenges, homelessness, refugee status, and being neurodivergent in neurotypical workspaces.

Our employee support team provides crucial signposting, access to mentoring, and regular check-ins to ensure our team our able to thrive in the workplace.

We recently attended the Maclellan Foundation's Giving Together event at the Old Bailey (a well-known historic courthouse). One of our team members attending had had experience of the criminal justice system before working for us. This is what they shared about the evening:

"I just wanted to thank you for a great night at the Old Bailey.

On a personal level it was just such a great reminder of just how good God is, how He doesn’t just set you free from but also free to.

Sitting in the jurors chair on the tour filled me with such elation and it felt like a final declaration of freedom.

Who would have thought I’d be in Crown Court rubbing shoulders with philanthropists!

Will never forget the day that God shut the door for good on the Criminal Justice System. He does things with awesome style."

An incredible testament to the individual and their faith, to the meaningful difference our supportive employment makes, and to our supporters and partners who make this work possible 💪
