We're excited to share that Grace Enterprises, and Half the Story as part of this, are charitable partners of the CEO Sleepout Nottingham this year.

The event raises funds and awareness for local, front-line charities helping people affected by homelessness: Emmanuel House, the Friary, Notts County Foundation and ourselves.

We had a lovely team lunch on Monday, celebrating Rachel as she heads off on Maternity Leave.

Rachel has done an amazing job on leading Business Development for Half the Story and Radiant Cleaners; her vision and expertise, alongside her great office banter, will be missed!

We've hit the ground running in September!

Our Radiant Cleaners team attended the Rushcliffe Business Partnership networking event at Trent Bridge last week, networking with local businesses in Nottinghamshire.

Our Half the Story team started off the week at Taste of Bidfood, as part of Bidfood's Open Doors programme. It was a great opportunity to share about our new twin packs, available at scale to create even more social impact 🍪

Half the Story rounded off the week by attending the Private Business Awards, as sponsors of the Social Impact category. It was a fabulous night, and a privilege to sponsor such an incredible category of businesses - shoutout to Belu who were winners on the night!

We feel blessed to have such an amazing team, and excited to create even more life-changing jobs this year 👊

We love hearing positive feedback from our team, this time from one of our Radiant Cleaners team members.

We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Bakery Supervisor, overseeing the team in the bakery and ensuring we meet production targets and outputs. You’ll be working alongside another supervisor, and report to the Operations Director.

Job Title: Bakery Supervisor

⏰ Hours: 25-37.5 hours per week. We are open to discussing what might work for you.
💵 Rate of pay: £27,500 FTE
📝 Terms: Permanent contract, subject to a 6-month probationary period
📌 Location: Nottingham South & Wilford Industrial Estate, West Bridgford NG11 7EP
🗓️ Start Date: 1st September 2026

We're thrilled to announce that Matt has been awarded the Cambridge Social Innovation Prize. It's an award that recognises his entrepreneurship, the foundation Matt has laid in founding Grace Enterprises, and the potential growth to come from the award's financial bursary and alumni network.

A massive thanks to Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge, and the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School for giving Matt this award! 🏆️

It was great to share about our work, including how we partner with local businesses through Radiant Cleaners and Half the Story, to deliver positive social impact in the local community.

Sam, our Employee Wellbeing Lead, shared this great example of how our supportive employment positively impacts our team members.

The individual had faced years of unemployment and experienced difficulties with substance misuse. With the help of our employee support team, they have sustained a job with Radiant Cleaners long-term, and now works five days a week.

We're really excited to be taking part in the Big Give Challenge for

82% of our team face barriers to work, including mental and physical health challenges, homelessness, refugee status, and being neurodivergent in neurotypical workspaces.

Our employee support team provides crucial signposting, access to mentoring, and regular check-ins to ensure our team our able to thrive in the workplace.
