Johnny B Charity Ball

Johnny B Charity Ball Fundraising for MNDA Not only is the aim to raise much needed funds for this amazing chairty but also to raise as much awareness as possible.

The Johnny B Chairy Ball will take place Saturday 13th October, in memory of Jonathan Burton who sadly passed away at the age of 48 after suffering from Motor Neurone Disease for 2 years. This dreadful illness kills 5 people every day in the UK. On to more positive things, the Charity Ball will be a fantastic night, being held at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, the Derek Randall Suite. Kicking off wi

th a champagne reception and swing set by Phil Rostance, followed by a 3 course meal. Live music from the Phil Rostance band and DJ until late. We will also be holding a raffle and live auction. Tickets are priced at £50 each with £20 from each ticket being donated to MNDA. Tables of 10 are available. Only 140 tickets available so order soon to avoid disappointment. Thankyou to everyone for making last night such a special night, it was fantastic. Weve raised together just over £7000, i'm amazed, its fantastic.

Thanks to the amazing Phil Rostance Band for the entertainment, they were excellent.

Thanks again to all those that made donations too. MNDA s such a great cause and thus amiuntvf money will help alot of people.

Just to let you all know, that I require payment for the Ball tickets by end of June please. This enables me to re-sell the tickets should anyone have a change of heart. Its a sold-out event now which is a great problem to have.

If anyone wishes to stay overnight in Nottingham on the evening of the Johnny B Charity Ball, the cricket ground do have preferred hotel rates with the Jury’s Inn Hotel which is near the BBC island and approximately a 5 minute drive from the ground or 20 minutes walk and if you quote ‘Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club’ at the time of booking you will get the best rates.
