Delivered at Harvey Hadden Sports Village and led by certified BACPR specialists, Second Half provides safe, structured exercise tailored to your recovery - removing financial barriers to long-term heart health.

We’re also proud to announce former Forest defender Julian Bennett as our official ambassador, championing the initiative alongside the Premier League & PFA Players' Project! ⚽️

🚤 Forest Forces on the water!

Members of our Forest Forces programme enjoyed a day out on the water yesterday, embarking on a canal trip along the picturesque Chesterfield Canal.

Setting off from Tapton Lock aboard the John Varley II, the group enjoyed a chance to relax, take in the views and spend time together🤝
