Great Scarecrow Trail of NR8 A community Scarecrow Competition and Trail

Based in Taverham, Thorpe Marriott & Drayton

The Great Scarecrow Trail of NR8 was founded in May 2025 in memory of a dear friend, who is much loved and missed by many in the NR8 area. She loved to fund raise for her sons school and support the local community. Therefore, In honor of her memory, all monies raised will be donated to the Hall School Norfolk, who require a new minibus.

A huge well done to everyone who entered and thank you to all those who participated.

Together, we have raised £85 for School Norwich in memory of a much loved Drayton lady - mum of 4, wife, sister and special friend and more. She would be so pleased!

I hope everyone enjoyed the Scarecrow Trail.

The judging will be calculated this week and the winners announced.
