WISEArchive

WISEArchive is a web based archive which records the working life stories of people in Norfolk. All members are volunteers.

WISEArchive is an oral history group that records and preserves stories of working life, mainly in Norfolk. We hope our unique and ever expanding online archive will inform future generations and those interested in particular occupations or time periods. We are interested in how things were done and how things have changed.

Heritage Open Days

We are delighted to take part in this year's Heritage Open Days festival. This year's theme is 'Everyday Histories' and from Friday 11th September to Sunday 20th we have a display and film in the Forum (ground floor of the library) about 'Norfolk Women at Work 1920s to 2020s' and on Friday 18th from 14.00 to 15.00 in The Forum Auditorium a talk called 'Stories of Working Life in Norfolk'.

Further details can be found on the Heritage Open Days website via the following links and tickets for the talk are available on the door.
