Apparently it's world mentalhealth day today. Until about midday I thought it was yesterday, a little insight into my mind right there as I often get dates mixed up especially when I'm overthinking.

Have a Google of these Japanese words. Perhaps there is a lack of this in our society? Respect is massive over there to, we definitely could do with a bit more of that.

1. Ikigai - Reason for being

2. Omoiyari - Altruistic Empathy

3. Ji-Ri-Ri-Ta - Benefiting oneself through benefiting others

4. Ichinichi Ichizen - One good deed a day

Went for a walk earlier and found some some rubbish left on the bench where this whole thing all started. It's really hard to be open about things on here but I thought I'd share a bit of my story as to what led me to begin picking up litter. Hey look, I wasn't in a good place back then but now I feel like not only am I in a better place I'm in The Right Place...cue music.

If you're in a dark place right now just remember, there's always light at the end of the tunnel. You can find your way out of it no matter how lost you get along the way. Keep moving forward and eventually you'll get there. Stay positive people. Self love.

Oh and here's some things that annoy me. Fiddly little things and clothes. Not forgetting dog poo bags, wasted food and all the other stuff.
