It’s two weeks to go until Norwich Pride, and we are proud to be a part of it. 🌈

Pride is a celebration, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. Our REST Norwich hub will be open as a dedicated safe space close to Chapelfield Gardens and The Forum. REST offers a place to pause, take stock, and access support if you need it, helping everyone enjoy the day in a way that feels right for them.

Introducing this month’s specials at REST Norwich café!

Our REST Buddha Bowl is one of this month’s £7 specials. It is designed to brighten your day and nourish your mind. We’ve filled it with a rainbow of ingredients like pickled red cabbage and roasted sweet potato because a colourful plate is a simple way to boost your mood. The quinoa gives you steady energy to help keep your spirits up, while chickpeas and sesame seeds provide the nutrients your brain needs to feel happy and relaxed. Topped with feta for a healthy gut and a zesty lemon dressing, this bowl is a delicious, affordable way to look after your wellbeing.

’sDay at REST Norwich!

On Friday, our coffee morning group celebrated with creative activities, colouring sheets, puzzles and plenty of good conversation. It was a lovely way to recognise the day and spend time together.

We had a great time taking part in the Norwich Science Festival over February half term. Tea With A Twist returned to The Rest Café for its second year, with thanks to Duncan Gaskin for leading a relaxed and fascinating session on the science of taste — once again, tickets sold out, so thank you to everyone who joined us! 🫖🔬

We’re thrilled that the event was such a success, and we’re already brewing plans to partner again next year! 💙☕
