Do you know a student who is compassionate, approachable and keen to make a difference in the lives of others?

Ngage is recruiting volunteer Peer Mentors to support young people across North Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to develop valuable communication, leadership and mentoring skills while gaining meaningful volunteering experience that will strengthen UCAS, apprenticeship and employment applications.

Through our Peer Mentoring Training, young people will learn how to provide positive support, build confidence in others, and signpost peers to appropriate help when needed.

We would love you to share this opportunity with young people who:
✅ Are good listeners
✅ Enjoy helping others
✅ Want to build their confidence and employability skills
✅ Are passionate about supporting their peers and community

By becoming a Peer Mentor, they can play an important role in supporting their peers while developing the skills, confidence and experience needed to thrive in the future.

Today we attended the Youth and Wellbeing Networking Event organised by Hope UK. It was a fantastic opportunity to come together with professionals from across the sector, share experiences, and learn more about mental health and substance use, prevention strategies, dual diagnosis, and all things youth and wellbeing related.

It was inspiring to meet colleagues who are so passionate about empowering young people and making a difference in their lives. We left feeling motivated, informed, and full of new ideas to bring back to our work.

We can't wait to try out the refreshing mocktail recipes in our cooking club!
