Milton Malsor and Collingtree Women's Institute (WI) is a vibrant and welcoming community organisation that has been serving the village for over 90 years. Founded in 1925, the Institute was originally formed to provide social and educational opportunities for women in the area. Over the years, the Institute has grown and evolved, but its mission has remained the same: to empower women and enrich
their lives. Today, Milton Malsor and Collingtree WI offers a wide range of activities and events for its members, including but not limited to:
Monthly meetings with guest speakers
Arts and crafts workshops
Walking groups
Theatre Trips
Social events
We are always open to suggestions! The Institute also supports a number of local charities and community initiatives. In the past, members have raised money for local schools, hospitals, and food banks. They have also organised events to promote environmental awareness and sustainability. Milton Malsor and Collingtree WI is a great place for women of all ages to get involved in their community and make new friends. If you're looking for a way to connect with other women, learn new skills, and give back to your community, then Milton Malsor and Collingtree WI is the place for you. We meet at 7.30pm, on the second Thursday of the month, usually in Milton Malsor Village Hall.
