My Dear Friend Karen Emanuel OBE! ✊
I’m so very proud to have known her for over 30yrs! From her humble beginnings starting Key Production in St Paul’s Crescent Camden, she took a building in Hargrave Place NW1 and gave me my first office space in her basement to help me set up my first design company Mutiny Communications in the early 90’s. As well as being eternally thankful, in return we worked together for many years as her empire grew from strength to strength. Karen is an absolute legend and a beautiful force of nature that one can only admire and love. She has helped so many famous artists, friends and acquaintances become more than they ever dreamed of…while remaining humble, true to herself and everyone. May you continue to fly high Karen… Love and Respect Jon❤️

Key Production Group's CEO Karen Emanuel has been awarded an OBE for Services to Music in The King’s 2025 New Year’s Honours.
In the 35 years since Karen set up Key it's gone on to become the biggest physical music manufacturing agency in Europe, while remaining an independent business. Through those 35 years, Karen has been a significant figure in improving gender imbalances within music and transforming the industry’s approach to sustainability.
A huge congratulations from all of us at Key, to Karen, who has said, "I am truly blown away. To be awarded an OBE and recognised in this esteemed list is an incredible privilege that I’m hugely grateful for."
