π§ We were on the radio today!
Our County Clinical Officer, Tracy, spoke on LCR FM today about how volunteering with us helps support your local communities whilst bringing you real satisfaction and pride in delivering an essential service.
Weβre currently recruiting Community First Aiders (CFA) and are always growing our Youth Team, who are vital in helping young people aged 5β18 build confidence, learn life-saving skills, and support others when it matters most.

π Make a difference in your community. Learn new skills. Make a noticeable difference.
Nurse Tracy Capuano, who is the County Clinical Officer with St John Ambulance in Lincoln, was Dave Bensonβs guest on our Drive show today.
Nurse Tracy explained how their Community First Aiders are an integral part of our community through delivering community first aid and education.
St John Ambulance provide a variety of training courses including First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal, Paediatric First Aid, Basic Sports First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.
The service is looking for Community First Aider volunteers, who can commit 80 hours per year, and who have a passion for helping others, care about their communities and want to make a difference, by sharing their first aid skills and knowledge.
Nurse Tracy explained that through volunteering as a Community First Aider, youβll get a huge sense of satisfaction and pride delivering an essential service. She added that itβs great for you, great for your community and great for our nation, and it requires only a small commitment of your time.
