PMRAC would like to reassure residents that we have taken steps following the recent biomass outage, including sending formal letters and emails to raise concerns and request further information.

We understand how frustrating these issues are and want residents to know that their concerns are being taken seriously. We are doing what we can within our role and will continue to follow this up.

PMRAC are aware that the biomass system is currently out of action again. Please be assured that we are keeping a running log and will be looking into the ongoing viability of the biomass system now that the estate is fully built.

If any residents are aware of previous occasions when the biomass was down, we’d appreciate you sharing this in the comments so it can be added to the log.

Residents’ Association Committee – Switch2 Billing Update

We know many of you are concerned about Switch2 bills, including:

• Lack of clarity in pricing

• Inconsistencies between properties

• Service charges applied when heating or other services haven’t been used

We share your frustration. With Christmas approaching, we don’t expect resolution before year‑end, but this remains a priority for the new year. We are also keeping a record of residents’ comments so all concerns can be included in future discussions.

URGENT: Heating & Hot Water Outage
Barratt Homes will be carrying out urgent maintenance on the biomass plant from the morning of Mon 29 Sept to the evening of Wed 1 Oct. No heating or hot water will be available during this time.
If you have an immersion heater, please use this for hot water supply.
