Some great feedback from a Primary school that came on our Coastal Heritage Programme

'We held a special assembly to share and celebrate the work and activities all the pupils did over the sessions. All our children were chosen because they lacked self-confidence and self-esteem, however in this assembly all the pupils spoke of their favourite activities to an audience of 300. Most of the pupils would have struggled with this or not been able to take part prior to the sessions.
Parents all gave me positive feedback – e.g. the children couldn’t wait for each session, were organised in the morning of the session, which they were not normally! Some parents commented that after watching the film clip they couldn’t believe some of the activities their children were taking part in and how they interacted with others. All of the pupils told me they were proud of themselves and felt a sense of achievement.'
