🌿 Mindful Afternoons is back for summer! 🌿

Take an hour for yourself and ease into the weekend with a series of relaxing, creative and mindful sessions at the Creative Hub.

We're excited to be joined by Matt, Mel from Echo Me Sound Therapy, Emma from Isle Of Wight Reiki and Evie, who'll be leading four gentle sessions designed to help you slow down, unwind and focus on your wellbeing.

MEET YOUR NBA TEAM!

Starting with Hannah Griffiths of Custard Consulting , who is our inspiring NBA Chair!

Hannah has worked in and around Newport since 2014. She has been involved in the High Street Heritage Action Zone project, Newport’s Cultural Consortium and other community projects across the town through her various roles.

Custard Consulting’s aim is to provide the cultural sector freelance project support with a focus on heritage. As a member of NBA since 2023 she was honoured to take on the role of chair in 2026.
