The ‘Cycle of Thoughts’ is the pattern your mind follows when one thought triggers another, often creating a loop.
In brief: A thought appears → it creates an emotion → that emotion influences your behaviour → the behaviour reinforces more thoughts of the same kind. Over time, this loop can become automatic.
