A busy weekend for OVM, we started on Friday with a new favourite tradition - long rope skipping with the kind folk of Piddinghoe. Thanks for inviting us and extra thanks to Brad for playing a fab first dance out with the concertina. We will definitely be sneaking springs into our footwear for next year! 🦘🦘

Then the Easter fun day at the Sidings in Newhaven yesterday. Thank you to Newhaven Town Council and our organiser extraordinaire Jenny. The sun even came out for us in the end, hooray 🌞🌞🌞 ..... not pictured!

Fishy goings-on up the River Ouse on Sunday 🐟🐟🐟

To honour the annual spa migration of the thin lipped great mullets the incredible creatives of OVM made some beautiful mullet headgear. We were lucky enough to also have wildlife expert Steve Homewood there, introducing us to all things mullet, and Xanthe of Guesthouse storytellers performing a tale of the river and the wind.

Who wouldn't want to be cleansed in the Winterbourne stream? 🛀🛀🛀 Keep an eye out for more mullet merriment this time next year! 🐟🌀🐟🌀
