We've had a productive Easter-themed month this month. Gary and Stephen made Easter wreathes and the ladies thoroughly enjoyed decorating containers and making flowers from paper tissues and kitchen roll. They coloured the paper and tissue themselves to make the flowers. I can honestly say they totally enjoyed doing their crafts and are looking forward to the next session. If you would like to join the group just ring the office on 0191 232 7292, everyone is welcome .

🌟 Exciting News for Our CU Wednesday Group! 🌟

On Wednesday, 18/02/2026 We are delighted to share that we have a special guest speaker joining us at our next meeting.
Liz Finch from the National Trust will be coming along to give us a fascinating talk all about Seaton Delaval Hall.
It's history, its dramatic past, and the incredible work being done to preserve it for future generations.

It’s a wonderful chance to learn more about one of our region’s most iconic places, and we’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone. As always, our group is open and friendly.

If you’re interested in local heritage, great stories, or just a good afternoon out with lovely people, we’d love to have you join us.
