We’ve been working on our annual report this week and, honestly, we’ve had to pause and take stock. We’re proud of the amount of work delivered this year — especially as a small, volunteer-led charity. Much of this has been done with virtually no core funding, relying instead on unpaid time, goodwill, and commitment. That makes the scale of what’s been delivered all the more striking — and also a reminder of how much more could be achieved with proper, sustained support.
