Motherhood can be wonderful... but let's be honest, it can also be lonely.

If you've been looking for your village, this could be exactly what you need. ❤️

Imagine an afternoon filled with good food, plenty of laughs, genuine conversations, and meeting other mums who just get it. No judgement, no pressure, no pretending to have it all together.

Whether you come on your own or already know someone in the group, you'll be welcomed with open arms.

✨ A chance to make new friends. ✨ A reason to get out of the house. ✨ Time to be you, not just "Mum."

Something new is coming... 🍷💻✨

One of the things I'm most passionate about is helping mums feel less alone.

This summer, I'm launching a brand-new online evening just for the amazing mums inside my private community. Think comfy PJs, your favourite drink, plenty of laughs, honest conversations, and a chance to connect with other mums who truly understand.

I don't share all of the details publicly because keeping these events within the group helps create a safe, trusted space where mums feel comfortable being themselves.

If you've been looking for a supportive community where you can make genuine mum friends and feel part of a village, I'd love to welcome you.

If you are a mum in North Tyneside come and join us before the summer fun begins. 💕

Being a mum means giving your all even on the days when you’re tired, overwhelmed, and running on little sleep. It’s the early mornings, the endless to-do lists, the comforting hugs, the encouragement, the patience, and the unconditional love that never stops.

Some days may feel chaotic, messy, and exhausting, but in the middle of it all, you are creating memories, building strong hearts, and making your family feel safe and loved. The little things you do every single day matter more than you’ll ever realise.

To every mum juggling a hundred things at once — you are doing an incredible job. You are stronger than you think, more appreciated than you know, and loved more than words can say.

So take a moment today to breathe, sip the coffee, and remind yourself just how amazing you truly are. ✨

“Walking into mum groups can feel intimidating at first — especially when everyone else seems to already know each other. But behind the smiles and small talk, so many mums are feeling exactly the same. 🤍

Most aren’t judging you… they’re quietly hoping someone will sit beside them, start a conversation, and become a friend too.

You’re not the only one finding your feet. ✨

Best thing about mum friends is… they just get it.

The cancelled plans because someone’s poorly.
The voice notes sent from the bathroom for five minutes peace.
The cold cups of tea, the never-ending washing piles, the “I honestly can’t do one more thing today” moments.

There’s no pretending with mum friends.
No pressure to have it all together.
They’ve seen you overwhelmed, exhausted, emotional, surviving on snacks and caffeine — and still remind you you’re doing a good job.

They celebrate the little wins with you:
a full night’s sleep,
a clean kitchen,
getting out the house on time,
or even just making it through the day.

And somehow, between the chaos, they become the people who hold you up without even realising it.

A quick “you okay?”
A coffee dropped at your door.
A message saying “same here babe” when you think you’re the only one struggling.

Honestly, motherhood would feel a whole lot lonelier without them 🤍

Every tired mam needs other tired mam's. ❤️

The ones who understand the sleepless nights, the endless washing, the cold cups of tea, and the days when you feel completely touched out.

The ones who don't judge the messy house, the missed texts, or the tears that come out of nowhere.

The ones who remind you that you're doing better than you think.

Motherhood was never meant to be done alone. We all need our village — people who show up, listen, laugh with us, and help carry the load when it feels heavy.

So if you're a tired mam today, check in on another tired mam. A message, a coffee, a walk around the park, or simply saying "I've got you" can make all the difference.

Because behind every strong mam is usually another mam cheering her on. 🤍

The older I get, the more I realise how important it is to have a circle of mums around you who genuinely support, encourage and understand you. 🤍

Motherhood can feel lonely at times, but having people who cheer you on, check in on you, listen without judgement and remind you who you are outside of the chaos… that changes everything.

The right mum friends don’t compete with you. They celebrate you. They remind you that you’re doing better than you think on the hard days and laugh with you through the beautiful ones.

This is exactly why Happy Mums Club means so much to me — creating a safe, uplifting space where mums can connect, feel seen and never feel alone. 💕
