Not every workout needs a gym. This one just needs a chair 🪑

Rima’s live chair workout is now underway, and you can still join us for the remaining Monday morning sessions this June.

It’s a gentle and accessible way to move from home - ideal if you're managing limited mobility, want to keep moving while working from home, or just prefer exercise without the travel, changing rooms or pressure to keep up.

Because it’s live, you’ll be part of the class as it happens, with Rima guiding each session in real time.

Join us this Monday at 10am. Head to VIA to book your spot - FREE for WI members 🤩

“My inspiration comes from you and your engagement – today and everyday – with our wonderful movement. Our impassioned discussions on our two resolutions today are just one reflection of the collective power we hold and the impact we have in our communities.
So, we will be back together in 2027 in Hull. I look forward to standing here and looking out at you all!” – Jeryl
