We still have spaces on our CPR and defibrillator sessions this October, in Bures and Nayland.

Booking is essential and children are welcome too (under 16s please bring your adult with you).

This October we will be holding a number of FREE Basic Life Support sessions (BLS) in our community to coincide with Restart a Heart Day.

These sessions, run by our volunteer responders trained by the East of England Ambulance Service Charity, will cover CPR and Defibrillator (AED) use.
