Could I please ask everyone to give this a share for me it starts on the 10th of july its not just a meditation class but also a safe place for who ever just needs it to talk or vent all genders welcome. The only thing you would need to bring is a blanket and pillow if you wish to have them ❤.

Looking forward to putting this to good use hopefully in the next few weeks/months with me finding the right premises to hold a 6 week meditation course. My goal in the end is progressing on with helping people who struggle with mental health and over time have extra support for people who are struggling and build a really good mental health support group ❤.
