SSEN is asking for public feedback on their proposals to build a new substation in Toft. This is an important moment for our community, and local voices genuinely matter.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Games Night! 🎉

It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves, getting involved in the games, and, most importantly, taking the time to chat with us about our community.

We had some really positive conversations about what people value most about living in Mossbank, Firth, Toft and Graven, as well as ideas for the future. Your thoughts and feedback are exactly what will help shape the direction of Mossbank Development Group.

Shetland Peerie Makkers is all about keeping our knitting heritage alive by teaching local bairns the traditional skills that have shaped Shetland culture for generations. These crafts aren’t just hobbies , they’re part of our identity and it’s important that young people learn them so they can carry our stories forward.

While things may seem a little quiet on social media, we’ve been busy working away behind the scenes.

We’re currently putting the foundations in place for the group, including finalising our constitution and other important formalities, while also planning more pop-up events and opportunities for the community to meet us, ask questions, and share ideas.
