5k Your Way is a supportive community for anyone affected by cancer, whether you're living with cancer, a carer, a friend or working in cancer care.

And remember... you don't have to run, and you don't have to do 5k! Walk, jog, volunteer, cheer others on, or simply come along for a chat. You do it your way 😊

This is a peer support group with a difference, bringing people together in a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can connect with others who understand, while enjoying the benefits of being active at a level that suits you.

📍 Meet our friendly ambassadors at 8:45am by the 5K Your Way meeting point. Look out for the blue tops, you can't miss them!

Join us at one of our five locations across Aneurin Bevan University Health Board:

Whether you’re running, walking, volunteering, cheering from the sidelines or simply joining us for a cuppa, we’d love you to be part of it! 💚

🍰 Calling all bakers!
If you fancy getting your apron on and baking a cake, we’d be incredibly grateful for donations to our coffee morning. Homemade treats are always a favourite! 🧁🍪

💷 There will be a QR code available on the day for anyone who would like to make a donation, and cash donations are very welcome too.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps Macmillan support people living with cancer and their families.

Its 5k Your Way Move Against Cancer on Saturday 26th September at Chippenham Playing Fields Monmouth and Macmillan Coffee morning too - it’s all going on 🌟
💙 We meet inside the gates at 8:45am for a 9am start .Look for the blue flag 💙
🔷 We are a free cancer support group for anyone living with cancer or has been impacted by cancer, a family member, friend, carer - all welcome
🔷 Walk, run, cheer, volunteer or just turn up for a coffee and a chat in the pavilion afterwards
🔷 Our support group meets regularly on the last Saturday of the month
🙌🏻 Everyone is welcome!
Do come and join us on 26th September as we head towards Autumn 🍂

Small but perfectly formed group today@ Monmouth and for numerous reasons took no photos 🙄 However, one of our regulars recorded this for us which I feel captures 5KYW so very well. An inspiration indeed to us all ….
