Three flats in plus seven other vacancies close to this week. Please note that this post is time sensitive as bidding for all but one of these vacancies closes at the weekend; if sharing (please do!), please note the time stamp.
North Devon Homes has three different flats in Ilfracombe available to applicants aged 55+. One has 2 bedrooms and is on the fourth floor, but with a lift. Preference will be given to those requiring step free accommodation with a wet room; those with a 1 bedroom need may be considered. Live West also have a 2 bedroom house at Landkey where initial preference will go to those with a local connection to Landkey and, after that, to one of the adjacent parishes which are Bishops Tawton, Goodleigh and Swimbridge; finally to those with a valid local connection to elsewhere in North Devon.
