🙏 A HUGE thank you to Mark Browne for organising and leading this walk, and to everyone who came along, laced up their boots, and supported along the way!

Thanks to everyone’s generosity via JustGiving, we’ve raised an incredible £1,678.59 for Pilgrim Bandits 🎉 Every penny helps us continue supporting our wounded, injured and sick veterans through adventurous challenges and expeditions.

A special shoutout to The Trafalgar Pub, who kindly provided a free chilli lunch for the walkers and gave us the room for drinks afterwards. Your support means the world — thank you! 🍻

An amazing trip comes to an end- Vietnam 2026.
Week 1: 18 veterans and helpers deploy to North Vietnam to undertake physical activity, wellness and cultural awareness. Hanoi, Ha Long bay, and paddling the jungles around Ba be lakes.
Week 2: Some families join the trip as we move down south into Saigon, to visit places that are synonymous with Vietnams struggles- The American war museum, Tunnels of Cu Chi, The Mekong delta and some downtime in Saigon.
Thanks to all of our supporters and donors , it's been wonderful emotional and educational.
We have seen people flourish, troubled minds freed and friendships gained.

Pilgrim Bandits are currently in Vietnam on an incredible adventure. Eddie, one of our beneficiaries was hanging, so opted for a lift in the local wheelbarrow. 🤣

We have taken 12 wounded, injured and sick veterans out for an adventure of a lifetime. These trips don’t happen on their own, we rely on our participants contributing and fundraising what they can and the kind support from public donations.

So… what’s your excuse today?

Pilgrim Bandits have taken a group of wounded, injured and sick veterans on an expedition of a lifetime.

They aren’t just chillin’ in the sun, they are out there exploring Vietnam in the best way possible, by getting out there.

Deep in Ha Long Bay, the expedition took an unexpected turn — literally underground.

Hang Sứng Sốt (“Surprise Cave”) lived up to its name: cathedral-sized chambers, dramatic rock formations, and a reminder of just how far a team can push when they go looking for it.

From kayaking the bay to exploring beneath it — that’s Always a Little Further in action.
