Pilgrim Bandits Charity are looking for a budding volunteer who will be willing to undertake a wing walk and raise a minimum of 5K for our wonderful veterans. The wing walk will take place on 23rd July 2026 and the only restriction is you are fit, willing, courageous and are no more than 14 Stone or 88 Kg. Unlike some charities, you can guarantee that this money will be going straight to the veterans that need it.

Pilgrim Bandits Charity have been busy-
We are planning our annual overseas trip, this year we are off to Vietnam with 20 participants including injured military and blue light veterans- and their helpers. All of the participants will raise funds for the charity , therefore showing their commitment to the charity and its future beneficiaries. This year, we have completed a Ski trip, Army vs Navy Rugby, many events , provided career courses for veterans, placed veterans into meaningful employment, provided holidays for the community, provided Easter eggs and hampers for disadvantaged members of the community, we are helping a young 17 yr old who has recently lost a leg in an RTC , giving her personal training, rehabilitation and counselling and to top it we've just put upto 120 people through an abseil of a lifetime off of the home of Rugby, Allianz stadium Twickenham.

Call for volunteers to help raise funds for this charity:
The Pilgrim Bandits charity are always busy, we are busy paying for medical procedures, we are busy taking injured veterans on trips of a lifetime, we are busy getting veterans into work or employing them so they can support their families and communities.
These past few weeks, the charity has paid another 3k for an SAS Fijians legends care- taking the total to nearly 50k. We have funded training for nearly 20 veterans, we have paid for medical help for veterans and their dependents to ensure they have a life and a future, we have conducted a Ski trip, funded a bike ride , a new wheelchair and now we are taking Veterans on trips to encourage physical and mental well being.
However- to maintain this sort of help we need funds, unfortunately people would rather donate to larger charities, that, in comparison do not deliver the sort of outcomes the Pilgrim Bandits Charity does. These large charities get funding from the Government, through organisations like COBSEO and Armed Forces Covenant - we don't..... we have never received any help from any of the government funding because we are not allowed to join COBSEO, we never get responses from Armed forces Covenants or the other large charities.
We are small and punch well above our weight, so for us to continue to support , Amputees, mental health, cancer , MND we need you to raise money for us..... otherwise the tank will soon be empty!
