Availability at the ESCC
As noted in our last post, in May, we had around 30 user groups with around 300 individuals engaged, using our hall – (plus regular children’s parties – some with round 40 children in attendance!). That’s around 60 hours of bookings every week!
We still have some slots available in the main hall – mostly at the weekend:
Mon 12:00 - 14:00
Mon 16:00 – 19:00 (from August)
Tues 10:20 - 12:40
14:10 - 17:45
Weds 17:15 - 19:30 from 20 May (currently 17:15 - 19:30)
Thurs 11:40 - 15:45
Friday 10:30 - 13:00 (except 3rd Friday)
13:00 - 15:00 every Friday
17:00 - 22:00
Saturday 8:00 - 22:00 (except 2nd Saturday)
12:45 - 22:00 second Saturday
Sunday 12:00 - 17:00 alternate weeks until 7 June then every week
14:00 - 17:00 alternate weeks until 7 June
There is also good availability in our smaller meeting rooms.
We have just had our field mowed - (thank you, OTC) - so that’s now available for hire too!

Our rates are very reasonable; our rooms are very user / children friendly; we have a high ceiling to support activities such as badminton – and we have a great computer system that allows all users to view availability and has efficient invoicing and payments capability!
Following an appeal for help, we have now expanded our team of volunteers. A really big welcome to Cindy, Luke, Nicola, Tarro and Sarah.
