Looking for something creative, relaxing and enjoyable to do this summer?

Join Jess at Tees Valley Women's Centre for our friendly 5-week Flower Care & Craft Course, where you'll learn how to care for flowers, create beautiful arrangements to take home, and spend time with other women in a welcoming and supportive environment.

💚 We're pleased to support and share this important community initiative from Teesside Mind. 💚

Teesside Mind is hosting a series of community conversations at Newport Community Centre, bringing people from different backgrounds, cultures and faiths together to talk openly about mental health, wellbeing, and where to access support.

A range of sessions are available, including mixed-gender conversations and upcoming sessions specifically for women.

📅 2nd July – Women's session featuring a local Social Worker

These friendly, informal conversations are an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, learn about available support, and connect with others in the community.
