Something new for this new school year.
Our Wednesday afterschool program is changing.

Instead of every week, we are now twice a month, with two larger events.

Firstly, Family Time (happening once a month) kicks off the new school year this coming Wednesday.

Open to local families with primary aged children. Limited spaces, so book in asap to claim your family table!

We look forward to welcoming you next week for our Back to School special, ran in partnership with BiG KIDS

Dont shout it too loud... but the school holidays are almost over!! 🎉🎉

Which means our term-time activities for families and children are back.

First up, babies and preschoolers...

Baby Brunch - Mondays (starting 7th Sept)
10am - 11.15am - FREE 👩‍🍼 St Oswalds Church

Toddlers - Wednesdays (starting 9th Sept) 9.15am - 11.15am - £2 Per Family 🧸 St Chad's, Middlesbrough

Opening hours.

Just a reminder that 2nd of September is our monthly short communion service for the community and Genesis staff. It is for approximately 30mins.

We will be serving afterwards in order of the names given on arrival.

We will be closing at 12.30 as a mark of respect, as there is a funeral at 1pm in the church. This is on 9th September.
Please try and get here in plenty of time, so we can be all done by this time.

Lego Club was a huge success in partnership with BiG KIDS and the church.

Kids loved it, with stories, crafts, games and plenting of Lego! 🟨◾️🟩. Thanks to all involved for making it such a great week for local children and families.

Well thats a wrap on a fun filled week of bricks and Bible stories at St Chad's, Middlesbrough in partnership with The Genesis Project !!

34 kids attended across 4 days hearing different parables before turning them into lego.

Its been great to see the kids engaging and parents staying to bond and explore more themselves too.

Now its time to throw our new lego shoes off and put our own sore bricks up... as we prepare for a few final sessions and services before a deserved summer rest.
