We were contacted by Claire Louise who ask if we could be the charity they sponsor for a group of Learning Disability nurses taking part in getting 10k steps a day throughout January. Of course we were honoured to be chosen and gratefully accepted.

We are in Keir hardie health park today tomorrow and Wednesday for babyloss awareness week. Come along and get your ribbons and learn more about what support is available for pregnancy and baby loss.

Our Bereavement Team at CTM, alongside the wonderful charity William’s Embrace, are holding a Baby Loss Awareness Ribbon Display at the Bandstand in Trago Mills, Merthyr Tydfil.

During Baby Loss Awareness Week, we invite you to join us in raising awareness, honouring precious babies gone too soon, and showing support for families affected by baby loss.

Ribbons displaying the names of the babies being remembered are invited to be/will be added to the Bandstand at Trago Mills in Merthyr Tydfil from

9 October and will remain in place until 15 October.

Ribbons will be available from the main reception in Keir Hardie Health Park between 10 -15 October, or by texting Natalie 07779 877995 or Danika 07885 384505.

If you cannot attend, we are more than happy to write a baby’s name on a ribbon and add it to our display on your behalf

A moment that feels so bitter sweet as a mother who has lost her baby and the founder of our charity. We are so grateful and proud to be able to support families who are going through the most devastating times. We send our love and deepest sympathies to the family who received our service today 🤍

Today we started training up our bereavement team at our local hospital. They did incredibly well and were surprised by how simple the process is! Photos to follow!

I want to thank everyone who donated their time and services to make today as successful as it was and let you all know the grand total of our fundraiser. From our Just Giving page we have raised £1215 and from our coffee morning, raffle and donations £977.83, making the grand total £2192.83.

Our coffee morning fundraiser for the Butterfly Garden mural was a huge success! Thank you to The Anchor Inn for hosting us and everyone who bought raffle tickets, drinks and cakes.

Blown away by the generosity of so many people! We are extremely grateful for all the donations made on our justgiving page for the mural which brought us over our target. We’re looking forward to the final total after our coffee morning and raffle on Sunday!
