Hope everyone is well.
We held a ghost hunt, in Assembly hall on 29th May, with The wonderful Stranger Nights Paranormal team we raised £236.50 For the banks funds, which help when we need to top up donations, grateful thanks to the team and everyone that attended.
We are very quiet as usual at this time of year, So we are taking the opportunity to do a re vamp on the bank, and then we intend to do a relaunch, trying to reach out to those folk that need help but don't know about us ..so please let anyone you know that is struggling financially and have pets to please get in touch .We know there must be elderly or housebound folk that would benefit from our service ...please help us to help them.
We have lots of new leaflets, posters and info etc .if you have a business or premises the public use, please can you take some of our leaflets, to help get the word out...it would really help.
We are going to be posting more items to sell and give away on the bank and MPFB pages, We have been disheartened so have stopped posting items of late, as it takes a long time to, photograph, describe, measure some items, then post to the group pages only to have to take it all down again ..it seems we can't give things away, or even sell perfect items really cheaply...so it feels we are wasting our time doing all this ..SO we ask PLEASE just ask for the items you would like, customers free only for your own pets. Buy the other items, on MPFB please, this is our only real way of raising a few Bob to keep us topped up and pay for such things as our insurance, flea and worming products, clear bags for food etc etc .
So Please do help us clear these items...
Early warning of bank closure for holidays 29th July until Monday 10th August
We will give regular customers extra to help cover those days, but may not be able to actually double up shopping, depending on stocks .
