Gill Olley Memorial Bench & ‘Gus’ the Netherhall School Therapy Dog

Netherhall School and The Olley Family are proud to announce the installation of the Gill Olley Memorial Bench in memory of the school’s much loved school receptionist. Gill’s memorial bench has been funded by the very generous donations made to the Gill Olley Fund.

The bench is situated in the lovely location of the quad and is a place where students and staff can sit, talk, reflect and share time together.

The English Springer Spaniel is ‘Gus’ the school’s therapy dog who is sponsored by the excellent Sadie Reed Foundation, in memory of Sadie, a wonderful young person who is dearly missed by everyone at the school.

‘Gus’ is available to all staff and students and is bookable through the Head of Pastoral Care – Mrs Holliday, and students’ respective Heads of Year.

Netherhall School would like to express its appreciation and thanks to the Olley family and to the Sadie Reed Foundation for making this possible for our students and staff. Thank you.
