Rock Foundation, Caistor

Yesterday (Wednesday 2nd) we all had the pleasure of watching The Tour of Britain ride past Rock Foundation Caistor. WOW, what a fantastic sight to see!

All our lovely students and team members were cheering, waving flags, blowing whistles and ringing our cow bells. The police were waving back and cars tooting 🇬🇧🚴‍♀🚓🤩

The atmosphere was absolutely incredible. With a long line of supporter. 😀

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in support of this event and making the town look incredible. AND a special thank you to everyone who ventured to the tearooms, supported us and joined in. We had an amazing time, hope you all did too 😊

The Great Cotes Craft Group, have hand made this lovely quilt and kindly donated it to us, here at the Rock Foundation UK Ltd 🥰

We did a name card fundraiser and raised a massive £60. The winner of the name card is Mr S. Roach. Pictured receiving this lovely quilt.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Great Cotes Craft Group for kindy making this beautiful piece and donating it to us. This will help raise much needed vital funds for our charity. 👏👏👏

The Tour of Britain cycle race is coming though Lincolnshire. Stage one is through Caistor on Wed 2nd September!
🚴🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️😎🇬🇧🥳☕️🍰🥰

And lucky for us they will past the Tea Rooms at Rock Foundation Caistor.

The town has decorated the streets with coloured bikes flags bunting and much more. Our students got involved and spray painted a bike and made a cardboard cyclist to display outside the Rock. Many thanks to West Lindsey District Council for all your help 👏

The students will give them a warm welcome by cheering them on, waving a Lincolnshire flag, blowing whistles and ringing cow bells. Why not come join us and cheer them on whilst having a coffee. Times are attached. Please note the road will close prior to them cycling past.

Delicious 'Jams' made by Rock Foundation UK are now available from our sites at Caistor and Grimsby!!! 😋

In a range of mouth watering fruits for £3.99 each, including: Raspberry, Marmalade, Mango and Strawberry.

All proceeds made go to the Rock Foundation UK Ltd charity.

At Caistor Tea Rooms we have some real bargain plants in stock, home grown veg and a wide range of gifts too. And when you are ready for a sit-down there's always a nice hot cuppa and cake, or treat yourself to lunch. 🥬🌼🥒🌿☕🍰💝

Visitors also love our sweet emporium and the little ones can have fun in the family room and play area. Opening hours: Tuesday – Saturday: 9 am to 4 pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays. Hot food served till 2.30 pm and last orders for coffee and cake 3.30 pm.

All proceeds help to support the students who are involved in our many social enterprise projects.
