We're Hiring: Learning and Development Manager

As our Learning and Development lead, you will drive the growth of our people by designing and delivering an impactful Annual Training Plan and contributing to our broader Workforce Development strategy.

You will ensure our staff, volunteers, and trustees across Oxfordshire possess the expertise required to provide top-tier advice while maintaining strict compliance with national quality and professional standards. Collaborating closely with L&D Officers and Advice Service Managers, you will identify training gaps and organize efficient sessions across both in-person and digital platforms.
