Marham Friends 2026 We are Marham Friends, which is a community based non-profit organisation for the people in Marham Village and Upper Marham, Norfolk.

The group was created in 2019 by local individuals to provide events for the local community.

Timings….The actual event starts at 1000am and will end around 330pm. Performing Arts Dancing will be at 1230 pm and the Dog Show will start at 1pm. Retro games start at 2pm and the Raffle should start at 3pm.

Marham Friends Funday 7 June 2026 - Arena Event, this event is due to take place around 2pm.

Retro Games Rules

Egg & Spoon Race
No holding the egg. Both contestants must complete the course, by stepping over the obstacles and not dropping the egg. If an egg drops the contestant must stop and place the egg onto the spoon. Once the course is completed both contestants must return to the start line. Then move onto the next phase.

Hoopla
Contestants must stand on their respective throwing lines. The adult must successfully throw two hoops over their pole; the child must successfully throw one over their pole.

Hula Hoop
Both contestants must hula for at least one spin of the hoop.

Bean Bag Throw
Both contestants must throw bean bags into their hoop, two for the adult and one for the child before moving onto the next phase.

Skipping
The adult contestant must skip over the rope for three consecutive skips. The child must skip over the rope only once.

Goal Score
Both contestants must score one goal each. After successfully completing this task, both contestants must return to the start line………..Game Over and well done.

Many thanks to all who attended the event, there was a great atmosphere with everyone enjoying the food, tea and coffee. We really appreciate you all for coming and supporting us. Big thanks to the Marham Bowls & Social Club and especially to Graham for running the bar. With your contributions we raised just over £140.00 which will be used to support future community events. Thanks again to the team and we are all looking forward to the next event.
