First Art

First Art First Art is here to inspire more people in Ashfield, Bolsover, Mansfield and NE Derbyshire to shape and experience great art - in all its forms.

PUT SIMPLY, WE’RE ABOUT THE GOOD TIMES...Or rather, bringing people together to make the good times happen. Bring a community together and great things can happen, for the local area and its people. That’s got to be a good thing, right? We think so and we work together with local people to do just that. We build proper relationships with communities across Ashfield, Bolsover, Mansfield, and North

East Derbyshire to make inspiring cultural things happen. First Art is part of the Creative People and Places network, funded by Arts Council England, and we’re made up of a consortium of partners led by Creswell Heritage Trust and supported by Junction Arts, the Prince’s Trust and Ault Hucknall Environment Action Group.
