Great energy in the gym tonight 🔥

Massive shoutout to Lewis and Kian for jumping in with the kids… and absolutely refusing to let them win 😂💪 no easy rounds here!

We had some new faces in tonight alongside loads of our regulars returning – which we love to see 👏 building that consistency and community every session.

It’s moments like this that make our sessions what they are – fun, competitive, and full of positive energy. The kids pushed hard, showed great attitudes, and loved every second (even if they didn’t get the win tonight 😅).
