It was our First Women Supporting Women - Health and Wellbeing Workshop Session this year (Saturday - 25th January 2025).

It was an awesome, empowering, inspiring, motivational, and educational session with presentations from lived experienced speakers - So much was taken away - Reaching out for help when needed, is not a sign of weakness!!!! and much more!

A big thank you to Councillor Hilaria Asumu (Salford City Council) Charity Light ( Transformational Coach ), Dr Emmanuella Bryans (Mental Health Consultant), and Mrs Joy Eze ( Registered General Nurse ) Director Break The Mute Limited for all your amazing presentations.

Positive feedback from workshop attendees and they look forward to the next Workshop session in February 2025.

Break the Mute Limited workswith BAME residents in underprivileged and underrepresented communities in Manchester.Our priority areas are Clayton & Openshaw, Gorton & Abbey Hey, Longsight & Adwick,Moston, and Cheetham Hill areas in Manchester.We run activities on Health & Well-being, Employability & Business start-up sessions/workshops and Welfare Advice.We work with women, men, and children of different age group and run targeted activities for these various cohort groups.
