HOW TO APPLY
Please submit an expression of interest to us at [email protected] with the subject ‘JD Foundation Charity Partnership Application - your charity name’. Please ensure this is the exact subject otherwise it may not get picked up by our system.
Please can this be a document that includes:
🟡 Who you are – please tell us in 100 words or fewer who your charity is and your mission and/or vision. Please include your charity number.
🟡What would you like to be funded from this partnership – a brief (500 words max.) of the project that would be funded during the length of our partnership. How you would like us to be involved (if at all!). We issue unrestricted funded as part of our partnerships where requested, to a maximum of 25% of the partnership agreement. We cannot fund capital or projects that have already been completed. We do not need a breakdown of finances at this stage.
🟡What duration of partnership would you be interested in – we have partnerships on 1, 2 or 3-year contracts currently
🟡Have you worked with us before? How did you find out about us? – Are you a current Charity Partner who wants to continue? A charity that has received funding through our Community Give Back Scheme? Or were you a previous charity partner? Please let us know how you found out about us if you haven’t worked with us previously.
FUNDING CRITERIA
🟡 Must be a registered charity in the UK.
🟡 JD Foundation cannot fund work that takes place outside of the UK.
🟡 Charitable work needs to be work that focuses on young people.
🟡 Maximum 25% of funding can be unrestricted.
🟡 Minimum amount that can be applied for is £25,000 per year. The maximum that can be applied for is £75,000 per year.
🟡 Maximum partnership yearly value cannot exceed more than 10% of charity total funding.
🟡 Minimum 3 years of annual reports available on Charity Commission website.
