Our next Ladies Club Meetup is this Tuesday, 2pm – 4pm 💕

This week we’re keeping it simple… just a lovely general social catch-up ☕🍰 A chance to relax, chat, laugh and enjoy some good company. Sometimes those are the best afternoons!

I’ve also shared our programme for the first half of the year as a little reminder of all the fabulous things we’ve got coming up 🎉 There’s plenty to look forward to!

As always, everyone is welcome — whether you’re a regular or thinking of coming along for the first time. The ladies are such a friendly bunch

✨ Hi Ladies ✨

This Thursday our Menopause Café will be held at YNOT Bar at 7pm hosted by Councillor Joanne Harding.

This month we’ll be focusing on all things musculoskeletal — those muscle and joint aches and pains that suddenly seem to appear (or get worse!) during peri-menopause and menopause.

We’re delighted to have a qualified physiotherapist joining us, who will be sharing practical advice and ways to help manage these issues so you can feel stronger, more comfortable and more in control.

As always, it’s a safe, friendly and supportive space to chat, learn and connect with other lovely ladies going through similar experiences.

What a fantastic kick-start to the year we had last Tuesday with our sing-along with Mo Peters 🎶
It was so lovely to see so many of you there — such a great afternoon of singing, laughs and good company.

We’re excited to share our programme for the next six months, so if you fancy joining us at any of the meetings, you’re more than welcome.

Last night we hosted the AFC Meadowside Sabres for their Christmas party, and they absolutely made my evening.

The girls surprised me with one of their team shirts — and it’s going straight up on the wall in the The Copper Hatch! ⚽️💛

It was so lovely to meet them all, and they had a brilliant night.

We’re genuinely proud to sponsor such a fantastic group of young players.
